My academic journey through Montgomery College and the University of Baltimore has shaped me into a well-rounded game developer with a solid technical foundation and a creative edge. Along the way, I’ve gained experience coding in HTML, Java, C++, and C#, and working hands-on with industry-standard engines like Unreal Engine, Unity, and Godot.
Beyond programming, I’ve built a strong background in 3D modeling and digital art. Using tools like Blender and Adobe Photoshop, I’m able to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation an essential skill in game development.
I earned my Associate of Science degree from Montgomery College in 2021.
I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Baltimore in May 2025.
Alongside my academic journey, I’ve spent six years working as an Administrative Assistant at a subcontracting company. In that role, I managed schedules, coordinated communication between clients, management, and field workers, and ensured operations ran smoothly even when that meant putting in extra hours to meet deadlines. This experience sharpened my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills qualities I bring to every game development project.
I’ve also contributed to the game development community by volunteering with IGDA DC as a QA tester for upcoming indie titles. There, I provided feedback on first-time user experience, identified bugs, and wrote clear, actionable reports with accurate reproduction steps.
As you explore my website, you might notice that my skills span a wide range and that’s because I thrive on taking on new challenges and exploring different creative paths.
My journey began with sketching characters and worlds, which gradually led me to digital tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and ZBrush. I’ve always been drawn to creating interactive experiences and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design. Whether visual, musical, or strategic, creativity has shaped how I think and it continues to influence how I approach game design today.
It wasn’t until after high school, when I faced the decision of choosing a career path, that I turned to programming. I’d always been curious about robotics and video games, and discovering Montgomery College’s Game Design program felt like the right leap though I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Since then, I’ve met passionate professors, collaborated with inspiring peers, and built lasting friendships. My love for video games and my appreciation for the people who create them has only deepened. I’m excited for the day I get to help bring a blockbuster title to life.
